What is Brat Really All About?

Brat is a summer trend inspired by English musician Charli XCX's hit 6th album “brat”. Released on June 7 2004,  the album and Charlie's ethos behind it has gone viral, with a plentora of lime green marketing campaigns and over 41.2K posts under the hashtag #bratsummer on Tiktok. Charlie best explains the  meaning of “brat”  in a TikTok video when she said:

“You’re just like that girl who is a little messy and likes to party and maybe says some dumb things sometimes. Who feels herself but maybe also has a breakdown. But kind of like, parties through it, is very honest, very blunt. A little bit volatile. Like, does dumb things. But it’s brat. You’re brat. That’s brat,”. How does this translate to your wardrobe?
